Gmail Android
In Chrome, go to gmail.com. Tap the three-dot menu, then Desktop site (or Request desktop site). Sign in if you are asked. You need the full web settings — the Gmail app cannot hold a formatted team signature.

Gear → See all settings → Signature → Create new, paste once, set both defaults, Save Changes. In the Gmail app, open Settings → your account → Mobile Signature and turn it off, unless you want a one-line addition under the web signature.
