How to add a signature
to Apple Mail on iPhone?

01Step 1 of 2

Open Mail signatures

On iPhone, open Settings. Scroll to Apps, then Mail (on older iOS: Settings → Mail). Tap Signature. If you send from more than one address, tap Per Account so work and personal stay separate.

iLook for the highlighted control in the preview.

Paste from ClickSig

Copy the signature in ClickSig first. In the Signature field, tap, Select All if a default “Sent from my iPhone” line is there, delete it, then Paste. If the layout flattens, paste into Notes first, copy from Notes, and paste again. Close Settings — Mail saves as you leave. Repeat on iPad if you use Mail there too.

iKeep the original formatting when pasting.
