Apple Mail · macOS
In Mail, choose Mail → Settings (or press ⌘,), then open the Signatures tab.
iLook for the highlighted control in the preview.
In the left column select the email account itself, not All Signatures. Click + in the middle column. Uncheck “Always match my default message font”, or Mail will strip the formatting. Clear the preview on the right and paste once (⌘V). Set Choose Signature to this signature. Close the window to save. iPhone and iPad do not pick this up from iCloud — add the signature there separately.
iKeep the original formatting when pasting.
