Logo email signature: size, format, and placement

A mark is recognized faster than a company name spelled out in the footer. It belongs beside the person, and it has to stay small enough that a long reply thread still reads as mail. The parameters below are the ones that hold up.

Size
32–96px. 32px is the quiet end, 64px is the usual size beside the name, 96px is a large mark. Drawn to scale in email signature dimensions.
Shape
Square for a company mark. Round when the logo is a badge or a monogram.
File
PNG with a transparent background. Export about 200px so a 96px slot stays sharp. Skip SVG.
Place
Left of the name, or centered above it.
